1:24 – Merline – “My name is Melly and I am 28 years old. A year ago, I began experiencing weird symptoms out of nowhere. Some of my symptoms are hypoglycemia, night sweats, heart palpation, anxiety, Brain fog, forgetfulness, emotional, low blood pressure (from a sit to stand position) and most recently my eyes are always red as if i'm tired. Since then, I ran into a holistic Dr who had an idea of what was going on with me which was good. But he prescribe food based supplements that seem to help make the anxiety and brain fog go away but after a while I just couldn’t afford it, so I stopped taking them and relied on a healthier diet. I eliminated dairy, pastas, and bread from my diet. I certainly don’t feel as bad as I did a year ago, but my eyes are still red and my anxiety comes and go. I think my adrenals are calling for help. I would love some advice please? I have a 3 year old son who I love so dearly and I just can't find the energy to play with him all the time. I'd love to give him his mommy back.”

Thank you and god bless Usually that’s where I would write ‘regards: signed:, etc” but now I’m asking for a bit of advice as a friend so I am going to be a bit less eloquent with my letter. I am 24 years old and still have cystic acne breakouts as well as premature hair loss and thinning. I somehow feel like it’s all happening before its time or because of some kind of imbalance, whether its hormonal or diet or whatever, it just ‘feels’ like I have caused it by neglecting and not listening to my body. I was 90kg for 3 years under a heavy weight lifting regimen and although in the eyes of society I looked healthy, I just didn’t ‘feel’ healthy. Especially when I slowed down and took some time to think about what I was fueling my body with. Food for thought: Meat, Meat, Meat, Meat. To cut the story short, I am now eating and drinking fruits everyday. I have cut meat out of my life with a small exception to occasional fish only because I have just started re-programming my body to adapt to its natural state. The advice I am looking for is any type of raw fruit diet that you can recommend as a plan to have all the vitamins and minerals that will allow my body to regenerate, detox, flourish and shine in this life.”
