  • 200 grams peeled and finely chopped ginger
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 115 ml sparkling water
  • 450 ml filtrated water
  • Lemon slices
  • Several drops of lime juice


First step is to boil the filtered water and add the ginger. Cook it on a lower heat about 5 minutes and then leave the mixture to cool down. Next step is take bowl and mix ½ cup of the ginger juice with 1/3 cup of the syrup and ½ cup of sparkling water. For better taste you can add organic honey and lime juice. Mix well and consume!
